Cancelation Policy

We value your time and ours. To ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance.

As a courtesy, email reminders are sent 2 days prior to your appointment, and text message reminders are sent 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations must be made directly through our booking system, by email, or by phone. Direct messages (DMs) via social media are not accepted as a valid form of cancellation.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, will be subject to a $100 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

We value your time and strive to provide punctual service to all patients.

We offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive within this timeframe, we will do our best to accommodate your full appointment as scheduled.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we cannot guarantee that your full treatment can be completed as originally planned. This may result in a shortened appointment to avoid delaying other scheduled patients.

If you arrive 20 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be considered a no-show and a $100 fee will be charged. This fee must be paid prior to booking any future appointments.

If you anticipate being late, please call or text the clinic as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate you when possible.
